Calibration of equipment for dispatch of petroleum based products
Our calibtarion systems of instruments or equipments for petroleum based products dispatch, are based on a complete preventive repair of all the components that are considered fallible, replacing them by original or local spare parts in some cases. All these works are based on perfectly clear procedures for the maintenance technician, made on the basis of our experience in the subject.
This task is not only of preventive maintenance of the equipment, but this also involves its good operating verification, the test of it in greater exigencies than in the normal dispacth, and the later calibration of all the component and/or parameters that are involved in the procedure. Each one of the verifications made by our technicians, tries to detect problems or faults, that can cause disadvantages with the dispatch. The instruments used for any calibration are approved by appropriate organizations, or tested / contrasted with our own instruments or methods. Within our methodology of work, the verifications of all the variables are built-in (for electronic instrumentation), by means of the contrast between the existing ones and properly formed (mentioned in the procedures), avoiding faults by configuration of the instrument.
Procedure
